Our employees are well-versed with all safety equipments. They are given specialized training to handle any emergency situation. Their performance in this regard is closely monitored as well. They are also equipped with all the safety attire and equipment that are necessitated by the nature of their duties. This eliminates the occurrence of unfortunate and untoward incidents.

We run a state-of-the-art training centre for our in-house employees as well as for outside candidates. We provide in-house training to each of our employees as per the requirements of our clients before putting them on the job. We also provide training to security personnel from other agencies as per the guidelines of Karnataka Private Security Agencies Rule, 2008. Further, we conduct tailormade short/refresher capsule courses to suit the client’s requirement. Reserve Bank of India, for instance, sent all their security staff to the FPMS training centre for a refresher course.
